Historic Pub Crawl: The City

Of all the things this country is synonymous with, its pubs are certainly near the top of the list. The classic British boozer is a national institution and London is certainly not short of them. But how many have you ever actually visited and did you take time to look at the building around you?

Your host will have hand-selected a three or four pubs, all within close walking distance, with an interesting story to tell - it might be the setting for a notable moment in history, a unique piece of architecture, or have connections to the famous or the infamous! And it might just be tucked down a side street you never even knew was there. What they’ll all have in common is a pint of warm English beer…other drinks also available!
