Change your package

If you are unable to change your subscription through our site itself the following steps can be followed:

• Login to PayPal and delete any recurring payments from your account.
• Once this has been done, you can resubscribe with the package you want.
• You may wish to then get in touch with the thinking bob team to discuss any refunds that may apply

Alternatively, you can contact us anyway and we may be able to upgrade you immediately.

Cancel your package

To cancel your thinking bob subscription, all you need to do is login to PayPal (you can click the PayPal image to the left to access the website) and cancel the recurring payment to us. You can do this by clicking on any of our recent transactions.

Your account will no longer renew and will be disabled on the date of your next renewal.

You can cancel your card payments for membership at any time, simply go to your account page, click the little settings cog () next to your profile photo and select ‘Cancel Membership’. Full instructions are provided but if you have any questions please get in touch via the contact page.
