10 Unusual New Years Resolutions with Thinking Bob8th January 2017
You either do them or you don’t, but New Years Resolutions are often a way for people to get a clean slate and focus on the things that really matter to them. Whether it is to cut out meat from your diet or to watch every James Bond movie ever created, there’s a resolution for everyone. Here are some of the weirdest resolutions we’ve heard so far (but may actually work out!)… Do you have any strange new years resolutions for 2017?

Grow the most impressive beard on earth.
Watch more TV.
2016 has been packed with great TV so we can only assume that 2017 is going to be better. Make sure you don’t miss out on conversations just because you don’t know who was killed on The Walking Dead.

Make a new friend each month.
Does this seem like too much pressure? Having great people around you makes you healthy and happy. Get on the tube without a book or your phone once a week.

Grow a plant.
Growing plants is seriously relaxing and rewarding. It’s great for you and for the environment so there is no downer to this venture. If a bonsai tree is too demanding, try growing your own herbs or you could even create your own Avocado tree.
Try a new restaurant or bar at least once a month.
It’s easy to get comfortable and stick to what you know. This resolution is great for those of you who like exploring but just need a little push. We have loads of events on every week, at some weird and wonderful locations – so be sure to check out a new place when you have a chance.
